How do I Return or Exchange my Item?

You have 30 days to submit a claim, but the exact timeframe depends on the issue. You can contact us at any time for any reason for a return/exchange.

For damaged, misprinted, or defective items

You must submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the product. 

For Items that do not fit

You must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. You will then be required to return the product to us undamaged and neatly packed, preferably with the original packaging. We will then happily send you the correct size of your choice.

For packages lost in transit

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
